Rude and unhelpful

Visited this store recently thinking I would try and support local business rather than buying on line - and wish I hadn't bothered. I was the only customer in there, but the woman running the shop didn't even acknowledge me until I had stood alongside her and asked for her help. Then, part way through the opening sentence of what I was hoping to buy from them (at no insignificant cost) she interrupted me, said she couldn't help and I should go elsewhere - before she even fully knew what I was after. So., if you want to be treated as an inconvenience, talked over and made to feel thoroughly unwelcome, Zigzag Walton is your place. If not, John Lewis might be more your thing - that's where I'm headed.
