absolutely horrible and cheap tasting pizza's
We normally order takeaway, and decided to try 'something new'. On the leaflet there's a reassuring '100% Satisfaction Guaranteed' printed, so we called. Sad to say, the pizzas were really badly cooked, the ingredients were without taste, yet, since we were hungry, we finished them off, eventhough they really were similar to very cheap cheap supermarket pizza. Out of interest, I called to see what they meant with their advertised satisfaction guarantee, and was shocked at the rudeness from the branch manager, who said I should go to Primark (!) to buy my pizzas, so I hung up. Then there was another phoney call from a 'district manager' what I finally had to ask to stop calling, as he was insulting me as a customer. If he had offered half the money back, as the mark up is about 60%' I would not have gone to any length to write this. don't use. Really bad tasting pizzas.

didn't guarantee 100% satisfaction after all, were rude. Incredble. Don't trust.

great pizzas, good prices, i buy them all the time. they do a great deal when you pick the pizza's up. an XL pizza only £8.50, L pizza £7.00 and other sizes as well. I would give the pizza's 10/10, because their pizzas are beautiful and at a very good price. i would give the service 9/10, the staff are very good, they never get an order wrong, they have good comunication skills (as some pizza places, their staff are incoherent). I have to give it a nine though because it takes around 45 minutes to a hour for a delivery and i only live two miles away. In total i would give it a ten out of ten.
